I would like to appeal my new 4.0 rating. I played in a USTA 40 MXD 7.0 league last year and lost all 5 matches that I played in. I will be 77 years old this year, and have had knee surgery and shoulder surgery in the last 10 years. I really believe I am a good 3.5 player for my age, but certainly not a 4.0 player. Is there no 3.5 men’s doubles at Copper?

Hi Michael, This is Leonard Piotrzkowski returning your email about my membership in CCTA for for two years which was sent in a check no 9530 for the amount of $46 sent September 10,2025 and posted on September 26, 2025 at Wells Fargo Bank. This was done so I could play at the tournament at Selma high school. I had a great time there at the tournament. I also sent in the mail postmarked Oct 1, 2025 my entry for playing in the coming tournament at Copper River on Oct. 10, 11, 12, 2025. The CCTA membership page does not show me listed yet as a member. Thank you for your time and consideration. I am happy to be a member of CCTA and I enjoy playing tennis.

Hi Michael. Samantha registered for the tournament at Selma. The site did not give the option for level of play. She’ll play the 3.0 if there are enough players otherwise, she’ll play the 3.5

I can’t sign up for the Fresno City Championships tournament because I login to CCTA using Facebook. When I try to login to CCTA via Facebook, I get a message the following message:


“App not active

This app is not accessible right now and the app developer is aware of the issue. You will be able to log in when the app is reactivated.”

It doesn’t really matter, but…in the Hotz/Casallas 3.5 men’s singles match at Roeding/Armed Forces Tournament, Casallas won 6-0, 6-7(3), 1-0(9)
